Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EnVergal at envergal.com. By creating an account or using EnVergal, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
EnVergal is a private family-network service operated by 91 AT WORK LLP (“91 AT WORK”), that lets you build your family tree, record memories and events, and connect with relatives you invite. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to create an account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the information and content you add to EnVergal. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it to the people you invite, so we can provide the service. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share it.
4. Family members and invites
You may record relatives and invite them to join. When an invited person activates their own profile, they take ownership of it. Please be respectful of your relatives’ privacy and only add information you may reasonably share within your family.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse EnVergal — including no unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing activity, no attempts to breach security or access others’ family spaces, and no use of the service to build a public directory of people without their consent.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy. We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models.
7. Fees
EnVergal is free to start. If we introduce paid plans in future, we will make the terms and pricing clear before you are charged.
8. Termination
You may stop using EnVergal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
9. Disclaimers
EnVergal is provided “as is”. While we work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that relationship computations are complete for every case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EnVergal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
